Terrazza Gronlait is our holiday home in the heart of “Val dei Mocheni”, in Trentino.
The valley is called the “enchanted valley” because of its relaxing landscape carved by the rapids of the Fersina creek, the over 2300-metre-high mountains all around and because the valley has not yet been touched by mass tourism.
Whether you are walking in the woods in search of mushrooms or blueberries, relaxing on an alpine meadow, riding your mountain bike on the single tracks or ploughing through the immaculate snow on your skis, you will find peace and quiet.
You can also visit to the local Mocheno Cultural Institute, dedicated to the culture of the ethnic Germans who speak their own language (Bernstol), taste the products of the land ( the typical cake “TrecciaMochena“) in the many restaurants and farmhouses in the area.
Our holiday home is in the center of S.Orsola Terme, close to all major services: bakery, supermarket, City Hall, two restaurants, Tourist Office and a Bank) but surroundede by silence and with a wonderful view of the Gronlait mountain from the terrace.
